DISABLE SYSPLANT DRIVER

ZoneAlarm Firewalling Driver 29f4. If anyone figures this out, I'd be happy to hear. I'm having the exact same problem as outlined in this post: The Windows certificate database was corrupt or something along those lines. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? Due to my corporate environment, I have no ability to disable or tamper with AV.

I've moved onto a different solution. I have tried disabling all anti-malware and anti-virus diwable on my system but still get the error.
